Tour Nr. 02 Mangfall Range and Brandenberger Alps
Description: (3 day tour)
Hiking on mostly abandoned trails. Sleeping in hammocks in the open. We cook over an open fire.
Summit: Risserkogel 1825 m, Guffert 2196 m
Seasons: June - October
Capabilities: Sure footedness – especially on the Guffert north face ascent (climbing short sections along iron cable). Good fitness level.
Day 1: About 2 hours for an elevation accent of 500 m. ▲
Day 2: 5 - 6 hours for an elevation ascent of 850 m ▲ and a descent of 960 m. ▼
Day 3: 5 – 6 hours for an elevation ascent of 780 m ▲ and a descent of 1200 m. ▼
Participants: Min. 2 max. 6
Services: Tour guide, half board, transfer from Steinberg to Tegernsee
Price: 200 Euros per person
Extras: Hammocks supplied free of charge.
For an additional 20 Euros we can offer a pick-up and ride service depending on the tour and your pick-up point. We can naturally meet your additional requirements or special requests, by organizing individual tours with full consultancy throughout the year (e.g. full-moon tours, snow-shoe tours etc.).
